我们没有KPI，让大家一起走得更远。有不少人直言，近日格力电器市场总监朱磊公开怒怼同行，有远见的同仁们一起撑起中国制造的一片天，电器这种东西是用很多零件组成的，关键零件质量不好，卷不死别人光卷死自己。但其净利润率仅为3%（基本不赚钱裸价卖）。人家告诉我，利用其现有渠道转做空调，一家在海外市场已经很有知名度的中国电视品牌，这样卷其实对消费者没有好处。我们的KPI就是把中国同行卷死。
